I came across a discussion on this very forum regarding mail queueing as I was hoping to speed my instance up a bit, and KevinTheJedi advised that this would be coming in v2. I note that there hasn't been a new release of osTicket since 1.18.1 and 1.17.5 went live in October of 2023, and I happen to be on 1.18.1, but I'd like to test-drive v2 in production, if possible.
If this is okay with the dev team, which branch should I be setting up? Otherwise, roughly how much longer til go-live? Based on the little tidbits of info I've seen on the forum, I'm excited!
