I often times feel the need to show the email's date & time as per the email header.
I am in the customer service space and many times customer will tell us that they sent us an email at XX date & time. OSTicket shows the create date & time based on the date & time it was downloaded. So we are unable to reconcile what the customer is saying with what we see in OST.
During heavy work load, I have seen delays of up to 45 minutes in email being downloaded. I agree this is not ideal but it is what it is. Is there be an easy way to show ticket date & time from the email header?
If this already discussed on the forum, then please point me in the right direction.
