Hi guys,
Since Software[dash]Mods[dot]com is not available anymore is there any other way to generate reports? For ex how many tickets are open, resolved, overdue and so on.

You can do so from the Agent Panel > Dashboard > Dashboard page. Other than that you can export tickets from any queue and advanced search. You can then load that export into a system/software that generates the needed reports.
