Graph Not Displaying Any Information (NaN/NaN)

Please, has anyone managed to solve this problem?

No data is being graphed, and also in the dashboard it is not showing the correct number of open tickets by department, agent or anything. Dashboard is completely non-functional.

Does not show any error in Apache PHP Mysql and Event system logs.

Could you help me one more time. Thanks.

Select a longer date range and see if it shows data. If so, it appears you don't have much data to plot within the default timeframe. Could also be issues with the database or there is an error somewhere but we need to rule out the date range first.
