Hi, Lately in our osTicket we noticed that not everything in a ticket updates the "last updated" field. This is causing some problems beacause ordering by update doesn't show us when someone writes a note or makes some minor changes inside.
So I was looking for a column that would correspond to the "updated" database field, which changes every time an action is taken on the ticket, but it doesn't seem to be implemented in osTicket.
I saw some github thread about this question but didn't find a real answer. Has anyone found a way to visualise when the last activity was made on the ticket? Is there a plugin to implement this functionality?
