Open Tickets not shown after Reload

Dear friends,

Please, has anyone managed to solve this problem?

I have the problem that most time, not every time, that when the System reloads and also when I close one Ticket and go back to the main Ticket page, the open Tickets are not shown. Sometimes it helps to click multiple times on the "Open Tickets" button, most time we need to log out and log-in again.
Same happens if we want It shows most times the number of open Tickets, but sometimes no numbers are shown.

There is no problem directly after Log-in.

Please check all logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

Osticket system events shows these erros one time:

Hmm, none of those seem relevant. Keep checking your logs; including the web server error logs, etc.

I managed to solve the problem.

I activated FPM/FastCGI in Apache.

Problem solved.

So strange that most of people's weird/unexplainable issues nowadays are resolved by switching Apache from PREFORK to FAST_CGI. 🤷‍♂️
