OAuth2 email fetch and send

Good evening, I am trying to set up a Microsoft365 account on the osTicket system and I have followed all the guides available online regarding the creation of the App on Azure.
At the moment my server is able to fetch emails but I can't find a way to set SMTP correctly.

This is my version:
osTicket Version v1.17.5 (7c20036)
Web Server Software Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS) OpenSSL/1.0.2k-fips PHP/8.1.28
MySQL Version 5.7.44
PHP Version 8.1.28

I'm currently using a M365 UserMailbox with POP/IMAP/SMTP enabled.

Can someone help me?

SMTP info should be host of smtp.office365.com with port of 587. You can set the SMTP authentication to Same As Remote Mailbox so it reuses the OAuth2 from the Remote Mailbox so you don’t have to reconfigure it again. Then you would make sure your Default System Email, Default Alert Email, Default MTA, Departments' Outgoing Emails, and Departments' Auto-Response Emails are all set to the email with SMTP configured.

Do I need to use a UserMailbox or does osTicket support the use of SharedMailboxes?

You can use Shared Mailboxes however you must add a Service Account, Tenant Administrator Account, or UserMailbox account that you can login as to the Send As and Read And Manage permissions for the Shared Mailbox in the Exchange Admin Center (or normal Admin Center - can’t really remember). Then when you configure the Authentication popup for the email in osTicket it’s important to uncheck the box for Strict Matching. Then when you submit the popup you login as the account you added to the Shared Mailbox’s permissions and Accept. You may get an error about email mismatch on the first try but all you need to do open the Authentication popup again, make sure the Strict Matching checkbox is unchecked, submit the popup, authenticate as the account you added to the Shared Mailbox's permission, Accept again, and it should work.
