Hi Team,
Currently, there is filter available for Ticket Status. Is this possible to add this option in Ticket Filter.

The requirement is whenever the ticket status change from status A, we want to add some action change the status A to B and then send email.
Kindly assist or add this option in future development if not possible in current version.
