I'm looking to enhance the ticket submission process by adding a custom field that allows users to select from a list of time durations. Specifically, I want users to be able to choose from options like "5 minutes," "10 minutes," "15 minutes," and so on, up to "5 hours."
Could anyone guide me on how to achieve this in osTicket? I've explored the admin panel, but I'm unsure of the exact steps to create such a custom field. Any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated!
