Hi, i know it will be hard but does anyone know how to make this function able to use for User in view ticket too?

i just need to know where will be display function be calling at for user and agent 🙂

    1. Please read the requirements before installing/upgrading. You would’ve seen that PHP 8.3 is not supported. Only PHP 8.1 and 8.2 are supported. Downgrade your PHP version to avoid issues.
    2. Read the commit message of why we removed it and you’ll see why. It’s been a while so idk off the top of my head but there was a legit issue.
    3. You are modifying the codebase. You are always on your own when modify the codebase as you are deviating from core. You will proceed at your own risk. Good luck!

    btw i re-insert back code that devs said they remove after version 1.15.xx... if dont mind may i know what bug will it occur?
