SMTP sends E-Mail without a Sender

Hello,
i updatet to 1.17.x, also updatet php to 8.2.x - now the SMTP Settings seems to work not correctly. I can send E-Mails, but they arrived without an Sender, what is not really great...

Server Information
osTicket Version v1.17.5 (7c20036) — Up to date
Web Server Software Microsoft-IIS/10.0
MySQL Version 5.5.45
PHP Version 8.2.18

SMTP is an internal Exchange Server. The Exchange received the E-Mail with the right Sender, but the Client do not :X

Any Ideas?

If the exchange server received the email with the right sender but the client doesn't then that seems like an issue with the mailserver; not osTicket. Check the Sent folder of the SMTP email to see if your provider keeps a copy of sent emails from SMTP. If so, you can check it there to see if it includes the appropriate sender. If so, then you know the issue is outside of osTicket.

thx for reply. I talk to the Exchange Admin again, he told me that the E-Mail is not arriving as before the update
