Problem with Mail configuration

I just installed OsTicket 1.18 on Ubuntu server 22.04, everything went well with the installation but when it comes to configuring emails with a Gmail account I get these errors

It is worth mentioning that I just created the email to carry out the tests and I already enabled the IMAP options in the Gmail settings

That used to mean the username or password is incorrect. However, nowadays major providers including Gmail have phased out Basic Authentication (ie. your good ol' username and password) and replaced it with Modern Authentication (OAuth2). Being that you said you just created the email the error in this case likely means you must configure Modern Authentication instead as the basic authentication is not accepted. You can follow the documentation below to configure OAuth2 for Gmail:

Please note that this requires you to install/enable the URL rewrite module for the site (look at your webserver's documentation and/or guides online on how to accomplish this) and install/enable the OAuth2 plugin beforehand (available on our website under the Plugins tab).
