When my agent is creating a new ticket, the Issue Details section gets auto populated from all previous tickets created by him/her as soon as my agent selects the department. Current using v1.16.6 (30ef1cc). The line highlighted in yellow is from a previous ticket. How to make it stop from auto populating.
