we are unable to export the organisation name mapped to user while exporting the data/dump to excel can you please share how we can map it so that i can get the detailed organisation name in my export / dump .
we have added it in ticket queues->manage custom queue -> columns
but we are not able to select the organisation in the export field
could you please help in us resolving it .
