Excessive errors processing emails for plain://mail.webtel.in:143/IMAP

I have downloaded osticket 1.18.1. While fetching email we are getting error "Excessive errors processing emails for plain://mail.webtel.in:143/IMAP (Support ). Please manually check the Fetch Folder () [1/10 - 0/1]".

Same email setting is working in 1.16.*.

I have tried previous discussion and tried all solution but error not solved. Please help urgently.

That means there is an email in the inbox that cannot be processed for some reason. It could be malformed, could be an issue with the connection, etc. You’ll simply need to login to the mailbox and manually remove the un-processable email out of the inbox.

KevinTheJedi I had deleted all email from server. No email is in inbox. Also telnet the port 993 and 465 both are working. Still facing issue.
