Sign-In Page - Reset Template - Not Working

Wondering if someone else could test this and let me know if there's a failure to reload the page with the correct information.

Admin Panel > Settings > Users > Templates > Sign-In Page

Type something in to the box to replace the default text and save. Now go back and re-edit the template but this time click "Reset", the text disappears, then "Save Changes". The box hangs and fails to load. Left it for like 5+ minutes and it did nothing. You need to refresh that page using the browser to get rid of the endless loading sign. Still can't fix it on the second try.

Web Server Software - Apache/2.4.41 (Ubuntu)
MySQL Version - 8.0.36
PHP Version - 8.0.18

With osTicket, we maintain two stable versions of the software at a time. This is so those who need time to upgrade to the latest version (for whatever reason) have the latest bug fixes and security patches whilst they get ready for upgrade. The main factor for a major version change (ie. 1.17.x -> 1.18.x) is when there are changes to the database or when database patches/tasks need to be ran.

Also, I just tested this and I cannot replicate your issue. Check all your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.
