Hi Guys,

i need some help getting the PDF print out to include the Mobile phone number

i have been able todo the required edits for my other tweaks via the following file

/public_html/support/include/staff/templates/ticket-print.tmpl.php

but there is nothing that relates to the Mobile Phone number.

any help would be greatly appreciated

    We only print out the core fields we display in the Ticket header plus any additional Ticket custom fields and custom forms. If you want additional fields from the User form, etc. in your PDF you’ll have to modify the codebase. When modifying the codebase you are on your own as you are deviating from core and must proceed at your own risk.
