Hi,

I need to upgrade the version of php from 5.4.6 to supported php version for os-Ticket version v1.9.14 which is hosted on Centos 7. Kindly suggest a working php version that support os-Ticket v1.9.14

    1.9.x is extremely old and no longer supported. You’ll have to look online for archives or something as we don’t even have it available anymore nor any documentation on it.

    v1.18.1 and v1.17.5 are the latest supported versions.

        So are you looking to upgrade v1.9.14 to PHP 7.4 or PHP 8.0 ?

        I am also using v1.9.8 for our live system on PHP 5.6.
        I also want to upgrade our osTicket v1.9.8 to PHP 7.4 or PHP 8.0
        I'm also looking for help on this. Maybe we can discuss?

            That will be a nightmare as there are potentially so many changes needed for that. I would suggest just simply upgrading osTicket as well.
