OST Thread Mappings to Tickets

OsTicket Version: 1.17.5
MySQL Database Version: 10.3.32
PHP Version: 8.0.20

We're having trouble mapping the threads with their respective tickets when looking at the ost_thread tables and the ost_ticket tables. We cannot map and associate the threads to specific tickets.

How are the ost_thread tables associated with the ost_ticket tickets?
