Login to the database, go to the _staff
table, find your agent account, find the column named backend
, set the value of that column to NULL
, and login with the local password. If you don’t have a local password or can’t remember it you need to generate an 8 round entropy bcrypt hashed password and update the password
column's value to the hash. Once you are logged in you can check the LDAP configurations by navigating to Admin Panel > Manage > Plugins and clicking the name of the LDAP plugin.
With all this being said once you are situated you should really upgrade to the latest release of v1.18.1, upgrade MySQL to 8.0+, and upgrade PHP to 8.2 (8.3 is not supported yet). Once you upgrade MySQL and PHP make sure you overwrite the existing LDAP plugin (and any other plugins) with the new build(s) before upgrading the core system. The new plugins are needed to upgrade the plugin configurations to the new format/architecture. Im saying this because 1.14.x is really old at this point and no longer supported. You are also running a lower maintenance release of that series so you definitely have multiple bugs, are vulnerable to security vulnerabilities, etc. We have an Upgrade Guide here if you want to read more.
Cheers.
