Hi All.
Faced with the problem of receiving notifications to mail when creating new requests in helpdesk. In the logs comes out this error.
The account is working, checked the login and password.
Shortly before this error, I reset DNS, as well as rebooted the server helpdesk.
Server version - Ubuntu 14.04.5
Has anyone encountered this error?
