Hello there, I have recently installed osTicket on my Namecheap cPanel hosting. Server information is provided below as attached screenshot. The problem is, whenever any user attaches files and open a ticket, and when an agent create a ticket and attaches files they got attached. But whenever we want to vew those files we can't view them. Though the files are downloaed with proper size. Screen shot of the errors have been attached below. I have also attached the screenshots of all the configuration for the attachment files. Please have a look, and if possible tell me how to solve this issue. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

Access Denied is weird because it can be from the web server itself or the application.
Do you have any web server rules or anything that could be blocking it or interfering? What about any browser extensions/plugins?
Cheers.
KevinTheJedi Hello, thank you for your response. I have talked the server side engineers. They have checked and found no applied server side rules here. They told me that the problems are related to the script. I have included one important part of the conversation's screenshot below. In this situation, what can I do?
Do you have any plugins installed?
KevinTheJedi No I do not have any installed plugins. I have even tried from multiple computers with different agents account. It is same everywhere. I have noticed one thing that every PDF file size is 13KB though the original file size is more thatn 40KB.
The problem is solved. I have contacted the server side engineers, and they also did not find any problem. The problem is solved itself that has been an amazing experience for me. Thank you very much for your sincere help. Have a good day!
