Hi everybody,

I don't know whats happend suddenly, but the system don't let me change the SLA or the Due Date (takes time, and finaly send an error).

This is an example of the error on the server:

Do you have a language pack installed and in-use when attempting SLA change?
Check your PHP error logs for related errors.

Yes, I have "Spanish" language install and, if I change the "Primary Lenaguage" to English, it works perfect.
Then, I can't use the Spanish language anymore? It was a official one:

You need to delete the US Holidays Schedule and you should be fine.

I did it a six month ago. I don't have US Holidays Schedule, but I create after delete it my onw "holidays for Spain".
I need to delete it too? It was working fine until now.

Do you have a specific holiday/schedule being applied today?

Not today, but looks like you are right (like always 😊)
The problem starts on last Thursday (that starts the Easter in Spain).
I will look for your solution.
