Unable to create a ticket. Correct any errors below and try again.

Hi Team,

We have found most of the time whenever user/customer create the tickets its giving error "Unable to create a ticket. Correct any errors below and try again."
And then we need to filled the information again and submit, then ticket created. But every time its not getting created in first click.
Where all the details are filled correctly. Kindly assist to solve the issue.

You need to upgrade to the latest and retest.

Unless I am not understanding what you are meaning and based on the picture that you attached, that is normal behavior. Required fields can not be blank.

They are saying they fill out the info and click create but get the above error but when they fill it out again it works. This was an old session issue that was addressed in later versions.

We have upgraded the OsTicket latest version, but still facing the same issue.

Change your Apache from Prefork to Fast_cgi and retest.
