Hi Team, I added the "Email cc:" field to the customer's new ticket creation process. What do I have to do so that the ticket after being created will be sent to my cc email?

Users cannot add CCs from the client portal; only via email. Even if you add a custom field it will not add anyone to the CCs.

Thanks for replying, If the user only sends email, the topic cannot be selected. Is there a way for users using the client portal to send tickets and ccs to another email?
