In any ticket when we add response, it only gives option to add last message (and that only of the ticket creator, not of the agent's response if that was added in the last) and original message which is the initial message of the ticket creator. However, we need to add whole ticket trail in our response, how can we do that to reflect in ticket generated email to user who created ticket via email to ticket feature? The receiver only sees last response on email which does not reflect the whole communication. Please help?
