Unfortunately its not osticket that is technically infected. Your server/operating system is what is infected and by extension of that...osticket. It's best to check out forums or support pages of whomever your operating system vendor is to see if there are any posts that can be helpful to help clean your system. If you are using Microsoft, there will be way more than any others out there. If you are using a paid hosted solution, they might have support for that included.
