Keycloak OAuth2 Authentication bounces back to osTicket landing page.

Hello, I am attempting to use Keycloak as an SSO for osTicket. I am at the point where osTicket takes me to login via Keycloak. After entering credentials and successfully authenticating, I am taken back to the osTicket landing page. This happens for both agents and users. My instance of osTicket is deployed via Docker container. Using this image: https://github.com/devinsolutions/docker-osticket
My Keycloak instance is also deployed via Docker container.
Here is what my configs look like on both osTicket and Keycloak.

We don't have a docker container. The one you are using is made by a 3rd party and we (core osTicket developers) have no association with it. We do not use Docker at all internally.

I will say your client ID looks totally incorrect and your attribute mappings might be incorrect as well. You will need to inspect the response back to osTicket from the IdP to see the attributes it's sending. Also, the Agent must exist in the system before attempting to authenticate in osTicket.
