That is not a core plugin. That is a 3rd party plugin. You need to contact the maker of the plugin directly. This forum is for core osTicket and core plugins only.
I will say that this is a limitation with osTicket itself. You will need to further modify the code to lift the limitation (although it’s not recommended; it’s in place for security reasons).
