Tiempo de servicio a 0

He hecho una instalacion de 0 de osTicket version 1.18.1 y cuando genero unos tickets despues de cerrarlos el tiempo de servicio y el tiempo de respuesta es 0. Por que puede ocurrir? He revisado todo lo que he encontrado por el foro, pero son bastante antiguos y en algunos casos ya estan aplicados los cambios que proponen.

Please read the prerequisites before installing. PHP 8.3 is not supported yet. You will need to downgrade to PHP 8.2.
The service time/response time is an average of how long it takes from a Ticket opening until it’s closed. You might not have data within the given timeframe. Sometimes you have to wait until the next day to see the stats.

Thank you for the reply, I respond to each of the points.

1- Ok, I downgrade the php to 8.2
2- I had read that there was indeed even wait for the next day, but were comments of 2017, 18 and even some of the 20, but I assumed that it had already been fixed after so long.
