Hi all

I have ostickets 1.15.2 and all is pretty much working well, excepting on ething, when one particular user emails my helpdesk, OS Tickets does not seem to process emailed tickets from that one user, it seems the emails are read, however wont picked up into OS Tickets or moved to the fetch folder ( I am using a gmail address for all help tickets ) all other users emails are polled and picked up by os tickets

    You are using an old and unsupported version of osTicket. You should upgrade osTicket and all prerequisites to the latest and retest.
