I need help, how can a user see all the tickets that their colleagues have created in their organization? I entered the Organizations configuration and enabled "automated collaboration" and it does not work, the user can only see the tickets that he created but not those of his colleagues in his organization

    You are looking for the Ticket Sharing setting instead. It’s above the Automated Collaboration section within the Organization settings.
