Very recently the main email server went under an upgrade to MDaemon 23.01, and smtp settings in my Osticket aren't working anymore, I've read some of the threads treating the same issue but it wouldn't do for me, yet. Port 25 (no passwd required ) and 587 ( ssl required ) are failing connecting to smtp. Telnet smtp testing seems working fine.

    You are using such an old version of osTicket and PHP. You would need to upgrade to one of the latest supported versions of osTicket and upgrade your prerequisites to match its requirements for us to further assist.

      If you have any plugins installed be sure to have the latest versions of those downloaded and placed in the plugins/ folder before running the upgrader. It’s best to download the latest release/language packs/plugins together, take full backups of everything (code and database), replace all the code/language packs/plugins, and then login to run the upgrader.
