Hi, I used osticket back in 2009 and i had an account here.. The account is still here durangod but i no longer have that email address. I did use the contact form on your website to ask this same question but i dont know which is the right place to ask. How can i get my old account back if i no longer have the email account. Im sure i can validate something on the account, i dont remember what is in my profile but i had done some mods and i would like to log into my old account or merge this one and that one.
