me cierra rapido la sesion, y cuando deseo ingresar nuevamente no me deja ingresar al menos de que lo habra en otro navegador
no tiene habilitado la opcion Vincular sesión del agente a IP y ya se trunco la tabla de _session

Have you tried increasing your Agent Session Timeout setting (Admin Panel > Settings > Agents > Agent Session Timeout)? If you input 0 the session should not timeout unless there is no activity after 24 hours.

Also, you still have not provided a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information.
I would strongly suggest upgrading to v1.18.1 and retest.
If that doesn’t work you can try changing your Apache instance from PREFORK to FAST_CGI like in this post:
