I used to be able to add custom forms to help topics but now I can't. I created a new custom form but for some reason when I try to add it to the help topic and hit save changes it shows for a second while saving but then instantly goes away. I even tried adding the custom for that is on another help topic to it but same result. I tried updating to the current stable osTicket but same issue. Any ideas on how to fix this?
