I have osTicket running on a server in my intranet. My boss assigned it a domain name (https://osticket.xxxx.xxx.xxx/osticket/scp/login.php) so that I don't have to access it via the ip address anymore. When I create a ticket, the link to the tickets in the emails still use the ip address (eg. https://10.34.xx.xx/osticket/scp/tickets.php?id=145 )
I would like to switch that base url in my email links from the ip address to the domain name because the domain name has a ssl certificate that is recognized by my authority so it doesn't give me those warning pages anymore. The links in the email templates are currently something like %%7Bticket.staff_link%7D and I don't know what to switch it with.
