Hello, I got an error while my installation was at the end. when I browse the

localhost/support, I see the following message:

Thank you for your interest in contacting us.

Our helpdesk is offline at the moment, please check back at a later time

When I login a admin: localhost/support/scp, i am required to enter my username and pwd, then the system displays:

Valid CSRF Token Required

please help me as I am unable to continue.thx

What version?

There was a bug that was addressed and a fix pushed out last week that I believe fixes this. You should make sure that you are running the latest version.

Same thing is happening for me. I downloaded the newest version today and did a fresh install...it completed successfully but am getting this same offline page....

This is normal. The client portal defaults to offline for new installs and when upgrades are pending. Log into the admin panel and enable the helpdesk.
