No termina de crear ticket HTTP ERROR 500

Hola amigos estoy teniendo problemas cuando vamos a crear ticket nos sale error HTTP ERROR 500, pero si los registra en panel de agentes, tambien encontramos que desde el panel de los agentes cuando contestamos los tickets se presenta el mismo problema, adjunto informacion

estaria muy agradecido por su colaboracion, saludos.

None of those are errors. Simply warnings and deprecations. You need to configure your PHP to only log actual errors and ignore warning/deprecations. Then you will hopefully see real errors in your logs.

You can follow the steps above in my previous comment. If you can’t find any errors in your various logs, try updating your bootstrap.php file and setting display_errors/display_startup_errors to 1. Please note, I don't recommend this on a live production system as it will output errors on screen. This includes agents and users which can prevent things from functioning correctly, can be a security issue, and simply just doesn’t look good.

i see that the problem is with the due date according to the SLA. I disabled it and then I can generate tickets. then I had to create a new SLA plan and assign it in the settings
