You can customize the code to add custom limits. We just simply generate options in increments.
We don’t care about limits for emails. It’s up to the person installing osTicket to configure the system based on their needs. We can’t tell what your mail server limit is. So if a user uploads more than that we don’t care; we will still add the message in the system.
If mail failed to send due to size limits, etc. it should either log an error in your system logs (if the mail server kicked back an error during the connection) or should provide you with a bounce back. If your mail server doesn’t send us an error code or bounce back how would we know?
Cheers.
