After upgrading the Ostickt version to V1.18.1. I am facing one weird is - Osticket is creating all the tickets under one (CPT-000000006) automatically.

Today I created a new ticket from a message in the thread and it started from that point

    Please post a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information when creating a new discussion so we have all the main information we need to better assist you.

    What version did you upgrade from?

    Can you share screenshots of any examples? I'm not fully following what you mean.

    Are you saying that you tried to create a new ticket from an existing email thread that was already used to create a ticket previously?
