I have a problem after replacing the files via FTP, I get the error Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ">= 8.1.0". and I can no longer access the ticket, what can I do about it or how to solve it?

Please always read the prerequisites before upgrading. On the website, GitHub, etc. 1.18.x states that it only supports PHP 8.1-8.2. So you must meet those requirements before you upgrade.

IT sounds like your web server is not running PHP version 8.1+. You can start off by either upgrading your PHP to 8.1.0+.
Alternatively, you can restore the files that you had on the site previously from backup.
