Hey Kevin, I'm still stumped, I enabled sql query logging, but the queries that its running are not very informative. I found the query below and all it returns are q1, q2, etc. with counts. And the q1 count is 1 and should be 3. So not correct but don't know where to go from here. I have made the other 2 records match exactly to the one that is showing, restart mysql service, waited 5 min and logged back in and out and still no dice. If I can't get the counts correct I'm not sure if we can use osTicket. But we want to. Any other ideas on how to import from SQL? The field mapping from one DB to another is not at all difficult. Its just the counts. Last resort, does the professional installation service do something this simple and what would that run me to pay for? Again, appreciate any help.
