is there a way to have statistics by users ?
the Dashboard offers just stats by Departments, Topics and Agents, not users
i know in the users tab there is the number of tickets between brackets next the user's name
but there is no way to sort by the number of tickets, or to filter by time or more granular research
it is important to have such stats as it highlights the most active users
such stats, will be helpful for a more in-depth diagnosis to see if these are tickets linked to real problems or if it is a user who is spamming and wasting the helpdesk's time
In a broader aspect, statistics at the level of organizations in addition to users will offer a more global view on the origins of tickets
