That simply means one or more entries in that thread have CSS styling that is breaking the page. You can look through each entry to find the culprit CSS and remove it.

Is it possible to make general CSS changes to all tickets in OSTicket in order to avoid an issue like that or every ticket should be modified manually when this happens?
It shouldn’t happen often so it’s typically a manual process. If it does happen often you can add a statement in the formatter to remove such styling.
