Change Help Desk URL

Dears kindly support step by step to change Help desk URL , i changed here but still not reflected and i need like http://localhost not http://localhost/osteckit

This is not an osTicket issue. This is a server setup issue. In order for this to work you must install osTicket at the site root or you need to setup a proper site that has the DocumentRoot set accordingly.
