As part of IT, I have multiple IT onboarding and offboarding forms that I have to deal with on a regular basis. However. the title of the ticket comes out as "Onboarding Form". Whenever HR has to send in a new onboarding form. The name of the ticket comes out as "Onboarding Form"
Below I have outlined a variable as "fullname" and used {ticket.fullname} for name of the form and under the help topic name. Unfortunately, that's not working.
I would like some assistance on this.
