I know that osTicket supports multiple levels as you can link help topics to parents and go down, down, down. However, the topics show up on the same long list so if you have a lot of parent topics and subtopics, it becomes overwhelming. Is there a way to create a 3 tier setup with multiple drop-downs? For example: You could have a Payroll category and then below that have W2 Questions, Tax Forms, etc. And maybe below W2 is Request New Form, Incorrect Information on Form. I saw in an old post where someone had created something custom, but when I followed the link it forwarded to the main forum page (I'm guessing because it has been purged/removed).

We do not have dependent fields; so no, this is not possible. You can have all the dropdowns show at once but they will be custom fields detached from the actual help topics.

    Cheers.
