Agents stats access only for allowed team

Hi Support,

Go to Admin panel -> Agents -> your account. click on the Permissions tab (Miscellaneous)Tick the Stats box "Stats - Ability to view stats of other agents in allowed departments" Click Save Changes

doing this is allowing to see other departments' agents stats as well . We need to restrict and allow only allowed teams/department agents access. How can this be done?

Can you please rephrase? I’m not understanding. Are you saying you want to restrict the Agent Panel > Dashboard statistics to be limited per-Agent to their specific Team(s)/Department(s)?

If I'm correct in the above assumption, here is the answer:

The Stats - Ability to view stats of other agents in allowed departments permission is only used for the Agent Panel > Dashboard > Agents tab. When enabled, this permission will show other Agents that are a part of the Departments the Agent viewing the stats has access to. If this permission is disabled the Agents tab will only show the current Agent and any Agents in any Departments the Agent viewing the stats is a Manager of.
The Agent Panel > Dashboard > Department tab will always show the Agent's Departments they have access to.
We do not have a "Teams" statistics tab so if you want such statistics you'll need to modify the codebase.
