Hi

Can someone please contact me to assist me with getting my ozticket up and running again from a technical point. I had someone that set it up for us but we can not get support from the, anymore. I dont think it is a major problem, something to do with the PHP upgrade. It was the free version and not the supported version so even if you can just point me in the direction of someone that can help it would be much appreciated.

The system is hosted on a server. I need technical support to get the system up and running again.

    Generally, if things were working and suddenly stopped then its a matter of asking what changed?
    Maybe your admin team upgrade PHP, or maybe some cfg got changed.
    Are you getting an error message when you go to the site? What is it?
    I would look to see what version you have first, and then look at what version of PHP is installed.
    If you have a specific question, or can provide us with more information of what the problem is we would be able to better assist you.
